The best part is that each of these restaurants is 3 miles or less from our properties. Read on for some new finds and let us know which ones you love the most.

Pizza is always a great bet when you’re on a budget, but there are a lot of options. We love Worcester Pizza Factoryand it’s right in our Clark neighborhood! You can choose from pizza, calzones, salads, subs, and pasta – all starting below $10! First time online orders are 10% off, so order ahead for pick up or delivery and enjoy your evening with delicious food.
Wings Over Worcester

Wings Over Worcester is a no-frills take-out joint, but the wings are absolutely delicious. Come for the boneless or bone-in wings, and grab ribs and fries while you’re at it. You can’t beat the prices and, if wings aren’t your thing, you can have a wrap or salad instead. This is a Friday night student staple, and they deliver too.
City Bar & Grille

If you’re tired of take out, head over to the City Bar & Grille. You could go for comfort with the foodie version of a Grilled Cheese Sandwich or go a bit healthier and order a Braised Chicken Bowl. Both will set you back $15 or less. Head over there for lunch, Tuesday through Friday, or brunch on Sunday to get midday nosh at a reasonable price.
Foodie Treats for Special Occasions

Armsby Abbey has delicious foodie-inspired meals that won’t break the bank. Enjoy roasted chicken flatbread, a grass-fed burger, or house-made pasta with serrano ham, asparagus, and lemon ricotta, all for under $20. The appetizers are amazing as well. Weekday lunch and weekend brunch are also perfect for celebrating.

Peppercorns (walking distance from our Clark apartments)is another great option for a foodie splurge. Enjoy a cup of Lobster Corn Chowder or order a couple of delicious appetizers like Risotto Balls and Tuscan Calamari. Then top it off with a delicious pasta entrée or a seafood specialty. The atmosphere is fun and energizing and, if you download their app, they’ll take $5 off your bill.
The Sole Proprietor

If you’re in the mood for a real treat, The Sole Proprietor has the best seafood in Worcester. Specialties include the Lobster Bake, King Crab, and every fresh fish you can think of. They’ve got an amazing Sushi and Raw Bar as well. Gluten-free options are available, in fact, they take food allergies very seriously. This is definitely the place for a special celebration, and the best part is, it’s only a 1-minute walk from our Goulding Street apartments.
Speciality Foodie Finds
Choose and Mix Korean

Sometimes you just need something a little different for dinner or lunch, and the Choose and Mix restaurant is fantastic. Korean food is healthy, full of fresh vegetables, and very affordable. Served in a hot stone pot, you choose the ingredients you want. They cater to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free foodies as well. The best deal we’ve seen is the Bibimbap lunch special which is served Monday – Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and it includes Bibimbap, Miso Soup, and a drink for $9.41.

If you’re in the mood for Mediterranean food, El Basha is the perfect place. Start with Cold Mezza dishes to share, like Hommus and Baba Ghanouj, and move on to warm dishes like Stuffed Grape Leaves, Falafel, Kebabs, and Moussaka. If you’re not too full, you can finish off a delicious meal with Baklava soaked in honey.

Café Reyes proudly serves authentic Cuban specialties to Worcester area foodies. They offer a full breakfast and lunch menu. It’s a great place to grab a Coffee and a Desayuno Cubano, a Tortilla Omelet or some Pasteles (pastries), and take advantage of the free Wi-Fi to get some studying done.
